Advanced Business Strategy

Capstone is one of the most comprehensive business simulation that integrates several business functions, including research and development, production, marketing and sales (with advanced marketing decisions), financing, TQM, and human resources. With the virtual industry consisting of five distinctive segments, Capstone is ideal for strategic management course at an advanced (graduate) level and advanced executive training for corporations.

Competition-based Learning

Teams of participants are competing in a simulated industry, which provides a risk-free and interactive environment for decision making. Such competition allows learning by doing and enables participants to get hands-on experience in making different decisions. Teams can implement role-play of organizational members in order to enhance real-world business environment. This experiential learning helps increase learning effectiveness and knowledge retention.

Building on standard business evaluation rubrics, participants of Capstone can view their ranking among other schools/trainings across the globe. They can also engage in CAPSIM Challenge. Courses can be structured for both academic and corporate purposes. The duration of a course may range of an intensive 2-3 days to 10-15 weeks. We can facilitate the customization of workshops and classes to fit different corporate/learning objectives.

I have participated in CAPSIM Foundation Simulation two times. The first one was as a group project with my classmates during my MBA course and our team was the best-performing team among all teams.
